Part 143: Issue Log
(OUTPUT Project Integration Management: Direct and Manage Project Work)

  • We use the Issue Log to track the project’s issues
  • We may record the following information
    • Issue type & description
    • Name of the person who raised the issue
    • The issue’s priority
    • The person who is responsible for resolving the issue
    • The current status of the issue and/or its solution
  • We first create the Issue Log in the Direct and Manage Project Work process, but we continue to update it throughout the course of the project
