Part 184: Activity Attributes
(OUTPUT Project Schedule Management: Define Activities)

  • Each activity can have multiple components, known as attributes
  • The Activity Attributes expand the description of each activity
  • Activity Attributes identify the components associated with each activity
    • Activity Identifier
    • WBS ID
    • Activity Label or Name
    • Person responsible for executing work, Geographic Area, Project Calendar, Activity Type & Level of Effort can also be included
    • Activity Codes, Description, Predecessor Activities, Successor Activities, Logical Relationships, Leads and Lags, Resource Requirements, Imposed Dates, Constraints, and Assumptions are added later
