• An Approved Change Request is an Output of the Perform Integrated Change Control process
• A Change Request goes to the Change Control Board (CCB), which approves or denies the request
• A Change Request could include corrective or preventative action
• All Change Requests and Change Control Board decisions (approvals & denials) are recorded in the Change Log
