(Project Integration Management: Perform Integrated Change Control)

• Change Control Tools help us identify, document, and approve/reject changes to the project baseline and deliverables
• The tool must be able to
  • Identify each Configuration Item
  • Record and Report Configuration Item Status = whether the change has been approved or denied
  • Perform Configuration Item Verification and Audit = ensures that approved changes are carried out
  • Identify/Document/Track Changes
  • Assist the Change Control Board (CCB) members, if there is one
