• The Schedule Network Analysis is a technique to generate the project schedule model
• It uses techniques such as
  • Critical Path Method
  • Resource Optimization
  • Modeling
  • Aggregate
• We are reviewing the Schedule Network Diagram to figure out
  • If we will have a schedule slip.  A schedule slip could happen if we have convergence or divergence.
  • If the critical path has high-risk activities or long lead times
• Schedule Network Analysis is iterative
